| Overview | Our Process

Since each client's needs are different and require a unique approach, no two consulting assignments are the same. After an in-depth discussion of the specific needs of the client, we explore a variety of ways that can be helpful in responding to a particular problem or opportunity.

Our goal is to gain a mutual understanding of the general strategies to be utilized and overall outcomes to be achieved. We then develop a written agreement outlining the scope of the work and plan of action.

Needs Assessment
We meet with key individuals both inside and outside the organization who can provide important perspectives and insight into the particular problem or opportunity. During this stage of the assessment, we also collect data and review written materials.

Strategy Development
We develop a series of options and best-fit solutions for consideration by the client, ensuring that a broad range of strategies are identified, assessed and put in order of priority.

Program Design and Implementation
Once agreement has been reached with the client on the preferred course of action, we develop a detailed plan of work, including definitions of roles and responsibilities, and provide assistance in implementation.

Evaluation
As the work with the organization unfolds, we put in place strategies for assessing and monitoring progress and ensuring long-term success.
